Centre for Performing & Visual Arts
The Centre for Performing and Visual Arts at the High School of Dundee is an ambition project to revitalise the former General Post Office building in the centre of Dundee into a world class facility for the schools creative subjects. The project re-purposes the 5 storey Victorian Post office with a new theatre, drama and music classroom, art studio and school cafeteria, whilst adding a new grand entrance and helical staircase which acts as a vertical classroom.
Whilst at Page\Park Architects, Neil led this project from the competition winning entry through to submission of tender documentation. The project is currently on long term hold whilst the school continues their fundraising campaign.
