Office Development_Moscow

Undertaken whilst working at Stanton Williams, this office development in Moscow was taken to stage 4 before being put on hold in 2021. The project focussed particular attention to the façade design, challenging the usual flat curtain walling systems seen in many high-rise office developments and instead creating a sense of permanence, depth and material hierarchic to create a rich and detailed building envelope. This was explored using drawings, BIM computer visualisations and large scale physical models.
