Parkview_Dundee

Parkview is a conversion of a Scots Jacobean former industrial school into 29 private residential properties centred around an existing courtyard and 15 new build properties adjacent to the original building. The new build design echoes the scale and gable language of the former school whilst capturing fantastic views of the River Tay through existing mature trees. The project has been both a commercial and design success having received several design awards as well as high praise from the tenants now occupying the building.

The project was completed in 2016 and Neil was the project architect throughout the entire lifespan of this project whilst working at Page\Park Architects.
