Edinburgh Park

A bid for a new residential neighbourhood as part of the Edinburgh Park masterplan development. The concept of the proposal was to create an inward looking garden spine which forms a a community of shared social spaces used for gardening, market stalls, children’s play areas and general social gatherings. The staggered arrangement and varying scales of the residential blocks maximises light and privacy into each property.

Neil led the bid as part of his role at Page\Park as the depute of the residential team.
