Garden Room_Linlithgow

A generous single storey extension to a detached property in Linlithgow for a busy and sociable family. The extension creates a large living and dining space which connects directly to an external terrace, linking it to a well-established garden. The family wanted a space which could accommodate large social gatherings and provide different zones within an open plan arrangement. The stepped configuration of the plan as well as the planted trellis elevation helps connect the internal spaces with the garden.

The project is currently on site and due for completion in Spring 2024.
